ATHENS / MYCENAE / OLYMPIA
Today begin your Classical Tour of Greece. Millenniums of history unfold as you visit the archaeological sites of Mycenae and Epidaurus. Drive on to Olympia for dinner and overnight.Breakfast and Dinner included -
DAY 4, TUE
OLYMPIA / DELPHI
Morning visit of the ancient site of Olympia, site of the ancient Olympic Games, and its museum. Drive via Patras and Rion to Delphi for dinner and overnight.Breakfast and Dinner included -

DELPHI / KALAMBAKA
Morning visit of the archaeological site of Delphi and its museum. Travel on to Kalambaka for dinner and overnight.Breakfast and Dinner included -
DAY 6, THU
KALAMBAKA / METEORA / ATHENS
This morning visit the breathtaking monasteries at Meteora. Begin your drive back to Athens in the afternoon. Evening return to Athens.Breakfast included -

You will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Rome. Overnight in Rome.Breakfast included -

ROME
Meet your guide at the Vatican and visit the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel. The Vatican tour will focus on the must-see and famous masterpieces of the Vatican, including the Sistine Chapel, the Raphael Rooms, Michelangelo's Dome, Pinecone Courtyard, St. Peter's Basilica and St. Peter's Square, where you will end your tour.Breakfast included -
DAY 9, SUN
ROME
Taking the time to explore places on your own is essential when getting to know a new city. Take time to stop for coffee or visit Roman neighborhoods such as Monti or Trastevere. The best way to see the city is to walk, where undoubtedly you'll unearth wonderful finds, such as the intoxicating aroma of a bakery or handmade leather goods. If you would like, we could organize a day outside of the city, visiting a vineyard and enjoying a lovely lunch on the countryside, or see the Villa d'Este in Tivoli, famous for its Renaissance gardens and art-filled palace.Breakfast included -
DAY 10, MON
ROME / FLORENCE
Transfer from your hotel to the Rome train station and board a comfortable train to Florence. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel in the heart of the city. Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure to explore this charming city on your own. Overnight in Florence.Breakfast included -
DAY 11, TUE
FLORENCE
Today, your guide will meet your at your hotel to embark on a pleasant stroll through the city’s major sights, such as Piazza dellaSignoria, a beautiful open air museum guarded by Palazzo Vecchio, the Loggia dei Lanzi with its incredible collection of marble statues, and Ponte Vecchio, the city’s iconic bridge lined with goldsmith shops. You will then explore the medieval district to admire the stunning Piazza del Duomo, home to artistic masterpieces like the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (outside visit) with the stunning cupola realized by Brunelleschi, the Baptistery and Giotto’s Bell Tower. The tour will also take you to shopping-mecca Via de’ Cerretani. Overnight in Florence.Breakfast included -

FLORENCE
Transfer to Florence airport for your flight back home or to the rail station for an optional two-night extension to Venice.Breakfast included
